A low-speed wind tunnel of the max wind velocity 50m/s has been used for the purpose of research concerning aviation-related issues and other subjects in a broad range: basic research on fluid mechanics such as turbulent boundary layer and wake; aerodynamic property of aircraft and vehicle; force of wind acting on building structure, and environmental wind around an architectural model set in simulated natural wind.
